Business coaching and business consulting are often used interchangeably. However, there are major differences. Consulting provides a plan with all of the answers. In other words, you hire a consultant to do the work for you.
A business coach invests in your success and acts as an accountability partner and motivator. Hiring a business coach better allows you to put in the work following your own plan to achieve your envisioned results.
