WHAT DO CONSULT CALLS CONSIST OF?
To get started with coaching, you’ll go through 3 simple steps:
1. First
In a 15-minute conversation, we’ll discuss where you are and where you’d like to be professionally and personally.
2. Next
We’ll take 30 minutes to explore what’s holding you back from achieving your goals.
3. Final
We’ll do a deep dive for 1 hour to expose your ‘why’ and learn more about the meaning behind your greatest ambitions.
Each step offers a unique level of clarity that goes into our strategy of finding ways to improve your communications, mindset, and much more.
WHAT DOES A BUSINESS COACH DO?

In all our sessions, we ask three questions:
- What did you learn?
- How can you apply it?
- What actions will you take and by when?
This accountability component significantly affects how we approach our way of coaching versus other business coaches. The duration of our engagement is entirely up to the business owner and their coach. If the client or coach is not satisfied with how the engagement is progressing, either one can terminate.
