Driving Forces Assessment
12 Driving Forces® assessment unlocks the ‘why’ behind an individual’s actions, showcasing what drives their behavior. Rooted in Eduard Spranger’s esteemed 1928 research, 12 Driving Forces® reveals how each individual is uniquely motivated in both life and work. The 6 motivators are: knowledge, utility, surroundings, others, power & methodologies which is further divided by 2 distinct sides making up of the 12 drivers.
Commonly used to: Improve employee engagement, help determine job (internal promotion and hiring externally) and culture fit.
Talent Insights Assessment
Talent Insights assessment combines the DISC assessment and 12 Driving Forces® assessment examining the behaviors individuals bring to the job and the driving forces that drive them. A variety of versions., to meet your individual or team/company needs, are available in addition to comparison & GAP reports for use in hiring. The goal is to ensure you hire the right person for the job but who also compatible with your team and company.
